Ellen is my great aunt. She was the daughter of Peter Browne and Bridgid Coffey. Her sisters went to the United States in 1888 but she stayed in County Westmeath, Ireland. Her and John or James' children were Adele, Mamie, Joseph and Rosemary. One of them married a Hynes. And one of the children corresponded with my Aunt Julie in New York. Peter Brown lived in Multyfarnham, Westmeath when the children were born.
